• The World of School Libraries Meeting is held during the Annual Conference so attendees may hear reports from Regional Directors, Partner Member Association representatives, and affiliated groups (IFLA-IASL Joint Committee, etc). 
  
• The Assembly of Associations was similarly held during Annual Conferences in earlier years.
