All participating schools are expected to:

• Follow their school's approved cyber-safety and safeguarding guidelines during virtual interactions.

• Remind students not to share personal, private, or sensitive information.

• Ensure that discussions remain age-appropriate and respectful.

• Ask the partner school for permission before taking photographs or screenshots of the virtual session.

• Obtain appropriate consent before uploading or sharing any student images, screenshots, or videos on social media or other public platforms.

• Follow all applicable school policies concerning student identity, privacy, photography, recording, and online communication.
