The preferred method of digital sharing, such as email, Google Drive, Dropbox, or another mutually agreed platform.
⚠️ Please honour your commitment to your partner school. In previous exchanges, some schools were unable to fulfil their commitments, leaving students without bookmarks. Your cooperation is essential to making the exchange successful for everyone.
Each participating student should create one unique digital bookmark.
Size: 2.5 × 8.5 inches (6.5 × 21.5 cm)
File formats: PNG, JPEG, or PDF
Once completed, compile the bookmarks and send them to your partner school's coordinator using the agreed method.
Schools are encouraged to share screenshots, photographs, or samples of their exchange for the “What Others Are Doing for ISLM” webpage.
E-certificates for participating students, teachers, and schools will be available during November–December 2026.
Alongside the general rules of the Bookmark Exchange Project, please note the following guidelines for the digital version:
Each student should create one unique digital bookmark.
At the recommended size, four bookmarks can fit on one A4 sheet when printed horizontally.
Schools may create black-and-white bookmarks, allowing partner schools to print and colour them locally.
Digital bookmarks may be shared through email attachments or shared folders.
Schools and students are encouraged to use digital tools creatively while keeping the focus on reading, libraries, and cultural exchange.
