School Libraries Worldwide is the Association's refereed research and professional journal. Established in 1995, it is published twice each year. Each issue is based on a theme of interest to people involved in school librarianship around the world. ISSN 1023­9391.

IASL Newsletter is a thrice-yearly newsletter that carries short articles, a feature article, news, announcements, information about new publications, and information for members of the Association. Its focus is on school libraries worldwide, and on new developments in the field of school librarianship. It has been published since 1972. ISSN 0085­2015.
