Registration Information

To attend this conference please complete the registration form and return to the conference secretariat with payment in full.

Please note that all persons who are attending the conference must register.

The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • Entry to all conference sessions
  • Entry to the trade exhibition
  • Official program booklet
  • Conference satchel
  • Welcome reception
  • Morning and afternoon tea daily

Note: Details on the conference meals are included in the accommodation package or the commuter package, if staying off-campus. The conference dinner is included in these package offers.

Non-members

Accompanying persons for all social events -- USD 50.00 (includes coffees and teas)

Cancellation policy

All cancellations should be put in writing to the conference secretariat. Until July 4, 2008: 75% refund -- No refund after July 4, 2008.

One day registrations may be available for USD 200.00 per day if space permits. This information will be added to this web page on June 30, 2008 if space is still available.
