This is the Web site of the Australian Storytelling Guild. Here you will find articles, interviews, a newsletter, a calendar of events, information about the 1999 storytelling festival, membership information, and links to related resources on the Internet.
This storytelling Web site has links to information about storytelling in the classroom, lesson plans and activities, a story library, information about storytelling books and tapes, articles, a curriculum ideas exchange, and links to Internet resources.
"This handbook on storytelling offers hints to anyone who is interested in telling stories. You'll have to learn for yourself what works for you. You'll need to develop your own storytelling style. These suggestions are offered as a means of beginning your journey into the wonderful world of storytelling." A useful resource.
Also known as "Billy Bear 4Kids", this colourful site has clip art for downloading, stories to read or hear, games and activities, "show and tell", and holiday activities. Teachers and librarians will find the clip art section a useful source of graphics for seasonal and holiday activities.
